Everyone has had those days where your head is spinning so much that you can't even stop it to think one coherent thought. Thats me today. I feel a little exhausted, a little lost, a little happy, a little sad...and now I am wore out...and I have a 3 day headache that won't go away :( I feel like my dreams are at a standstill, and I don't know what to do, but I'm happy with the present. I need a little getaway. A little treatment like this and the entire collection of MAC makeup to play with!!

Ok...7 weird/random facts about myself....

fact no. 1: I like Totino's pizza, Ramen Noodles and other cheap crap food like that :)
fact no. 2: I am horrible about starting projects (buying all the stuff) and then not finishing them.
fact no. 3: I am scared of opposums...and clowns!
fact no. 4: I hate it when people use "z"s at the end of a word,
where there should be an "s"...ie; Kidz.
fact no. 5: I yell at the TV when I'm watching football.
fact no. 6: Tomatos gross me out, but I can eat anything made out of tomatoes.
fact no. 7: I get really excited when its time to pick out Christmas wrapping paper...come to think of it, I get excited at anything holiday related.

biggest loser.

The Biggest Loser started the week I started WeightWatchers. Total inspiration! Those people bust their butts! Its such a great boost to help you get through the week. I really wish I had all day long to dedicate to weight loss. I'd be rockin' it!...well, I am rockin' it now, it's just more like soft rock :)

I am going to get some rainboots. I think they are funky, fun & practical...especially when you live where mud is a potential. Too bad I want these...and well, they aren't so practical for the pocketbook!

I am really wanting to head to the coast this weekend. I really want to stay at Starfish Manor, but a little more than I want to spend for a spur of the moment trip...any ideas on places that are less than $100 and on the ocean??? or a great place off the ocean will work. :)

Oh yea...see this?...It's Cape Perpetua, I hiked it (from the bottom), it was difficult (it said so in the hiking book!) and yes, I will admit, I cried! But I made it and it was beautiful...and when we got back to the bottom we went for another hike...I got cranky then.

Everything is going really well on my renewed venture with WeightWatchers. I have been really good...ok...I admit to testing the acorn cookies...but hey, I didn't down a bag of hershey kisses! :)
I cannot tell you guys how incredibly blessed I feel to have Craig's support. He has left me notes on our chalkboard the past couple days telling me how proud he is of me. Called me this morning for support and is well, dealing with the moodiness that comes with dieting. He is my motivator, my rockstar and love of my life.

Today is the opening day of the Blackberry Junction Fall Show! My mom and I have a tradition of going together on opening day to enjoy all the wonderful crafts and creations. I think we usually go back around 10 times through the week or so it's open! :) If you haven't been it is at the Historic Fairmount Grange on North Albany Road!

I absolutely love this front porch from Pottery Barn. I am in search mode now for a black pot that I can create the ultra cool skull and cross bones idea with...it would look fabulous with a big orange mum...will post pics when I get it done...digging the orange front door too!

I am so excited to make Acorn Cookies this weekend for my mom and Susan (Craig's mom)! I am going to package them up cute and make a funky little tag that says "Happy Fall!"

Yes, after the Thursday 5:45 pm Weight Watchers Meeting at the Foursquare Church in Corvallis...and am beginning the journey to become an even hotter version of me...Keep me in line ladies! I'm going to be using my blog a bit as a support...but not that annoying all I can talk about dieting kinda thing :)

This program is great and definately do-able. I have an amazing support in Craig who loves me and thinks I'm beautiful no matter what size I am.

This is me...a year from now...(don't worry...I will refrain from wearing this to work...but at home...its the bikini & see through t-shirt all day long)....good thing I live in the country!

I have been trying to figure out an idea for packaging the adorable acorn cookies that Kambria showed us! I am going to give a bag to my mom and Craig's mom. I think I will go with something like the brown paper bag, but cut an acorn out of it and put some sort of clear backing there. Yup, I'm gonna do it!

Jenny is on an adventure to open a new shoe store at Flinn's Block. Betsy Johnson, Juicy, Franco Sarto, Oh Dear, Rocket Dog and on and on....I am going to work on a business identity (above is my first quick attempt...thinking of heading more the tattoo direction/ed hardy inspired). Tentitively she's calling the store "i heart shoes," much to the chagrin of Kambria who preferred Craig's store name "Knockin' Boots." :) I will keep you posted!

I hate being sick when its so beautiful and its the weekend!! This is such a cruddy cold. Yesterday I had a fever and my sinuses hurt SO BAD! Today is a little better...dizzy, stuffed up, but I think the fever is gone.

flight 93.

I've been thinking a lot of the heroism demonstrated on 09.11.01. The passengers of flight 93, who fought back, bring me a tremendous sense of pride in our country.

I remember the morning of this tragic day. My mom came into my room, woke me up, turned on my tv and I just sat there in horror watching what was happening. It truly felt like a dream, I felt very vunerable, scared and my heart ached for all that were involved. I went to work at the Club (yes, the Albany Club) and spent the day cleaning out the laundry room and prepping the building for the kids, always with the radio on, praying for our nation.

The patriotism of our neighborhoods following this devastating day was inspiring. I had never seen such a dedication to our country. Everywhere we went we were reminded with red, white and blue how wonderful and blessed we are to live in this great nation.

I am soooo excited! I got my first day of "Halloween Idea of the Day" from marthastewart.com. I am so excited for fall...I am always ready for changes of season! I am ready for sweaters, jeans, boots, new makeup colors, crunchy leaves, football and of course pumpkin candles.

I daydream about the days of having my own home (I choose not to dream about the mortgage) and I would love to have a little craft room. Something all my own, bright & cheery with all sorts of cute organized trinkets...and a big fluffy cat would be lovely too :)

Okay, so there are no pictures of the actual dunes, but we had a great...windy, foggy...trip. It was so foggy it was collecting on the trees and then they were raining on us. As soon as we left our campground...blue skies. Oh well! I had a wonderful time with Craig and we had a couple interesting neighbors. I didn't get to drive the atv, but I got to go for a couple rides...Craig is amazing and as our camping neighbor would say...He's a monster! I am so happy that I was able to go camping at least once this summer.

new beginning.

I have been having a pity party. Its over and time to take responsiblity for the things that I can change. No. 1 on my list...continue to get healthier, stop pouting about exercising and be proud of myself for doing it! Eat better (which makes you feel SOOOO good!) and focus on the positive. I think I am going to go buy "the Hungry Girl" cookbook to get some fun and fabulous ideas! If anyone has any tips, ideas or motivation...SHARE! :)

I am so stoked for this weekend!! My work week is only two days and then we are heading to Winchester Bay! My sister and fiance are going...along with my stud of man. He rocks it on the sand! It will be so awesome to have my sister there because we can be slow and steady and not have to keep up with the boys...someday...not yet. We both have one crash under our belt and I would like to keep that number at one!
