I have been having a pity party. Its over and time to take responsiblity for the things that I can change. No. 1 on my list...continue to get healthier, stop pouting about exercising and be proud of myself for doing it! Eat better (which makes you feel SOOOO good!) and focus on the positive. I think I am going to go buy "the Hungry Girl" cookbook to get some fun and fabulous ideas! If anyone has any tips, ideas or motivation...SHARE! :)
