blue frosting.

I had such a wonderful Sunday....completely lazy and cozy. It was raining (which you can hear well in our house) :) and the leaves were falling from the oak trees like snow.
I made some sugar cookie dough, worked out, watched Contact (yes, the ET movie with Jodie Foster) and then it was time to start cookin'.
Craig is very particular....not in the annoying sense, but he loves this certain kind of frosting his mom makes...(wouldn't touch the ones I made with Royal Icing...a cookie that has "Craig" written on it is still sitting in the cupboard).
He called his mom and got the recipe and then was soooo excited to make the frosting I gave in and let him go for it. He had to have blue frosting!
When he was around 5 years old his mom and her friend were making sugar cookies for Christmas. There were piles of cookies and they were frosting them with red, green and some yellow. He spoke up and wanted a blue cookie....that was turned down, and to this day blue frosting is the best (and only) way to go.

i wanted lime green.
