Currently my workout consists of high intensity aerobics with freeweights. We do this 3 times a week and it keeps my heart rate at 140-160 for about 50 minutes. Its excellent cardio and I love having the time with Craig that we have dedicated to make ourselves healthier.
My question is...have any of you done yoga or pilates? I am wanting to do something a couple more days a week to focus on toning (and hopefully boost some more weightloss). I find myself going to bed at the same time Craig does, so I am getting a ton of sleep...I definately can give up 45 minutes to get a little kick-start exercise in.
Let me know what you think, or if you have any other ideas. :)

You know, I've been considering finding some YOGA to participate in also.

I did the POWER class at the gym a few times and enjoyed it, but know that I'd LOVE some YOGA.. I've done it before, and it's amazing how relaxing and beneficial it is.

Let me know if you find something great that you are gonna participate in!

I want to do yoga/pilates. We need to find a class. (I don't do early morning :)
